I have a three bedroom 1 bath home in Newark DE it is located in a very nice area with off street parking available. The home is currenlty occupied by two adults we are full time working indivinduals who would like to find a third roommate! The rent is $600.00 per month and you would have full house access, washer and dryer in the basement and a two level deck on the back of the house. House guests are always welcome as long as they do not become permanet. I am looking to fill the room by August 1st.
