House has wall-to-wall carpeting, large eat-in kitchen, large bathroom, extra room/ space, beautiful back yard and wifi. Quiet environment. No smoking (cigarettes/ pot/anything else), no animals, no guests sleeping over. $600 (utilities not included), month-to-month. House is very clean and that standard of cleanliness is expected to be upheld. No exceptions. About me: I'm a young professional, pretty quiet and laid back, clean, like to just hang out when home.
