I will be attending Harvard Extension for the January 2018 session from 1-19 January. (or 20th)
Class is M-Th in the evenings, so not disturbing anyone is of value.
Access to mass transit will be among the most important considerations.
Parking maybe a consideration.
Considerate, clean and can help with repairs or otherwise reciprocity.
Can consider up to $600 for the month, depending on circumstances. (or $500 for the exact dates)
