A friend of mine is leaving her house and I'm trying to move in. I need a roommate at least until my boyfriend's lease runs out in April. You would have the entire upstairs to yourself, with private bathroom, bedroom, and some living space. Of course, the kitchen, basement, laundry, yard, etc would be shared. This house is beautiful! This would be a great opportunity for a college student who needs a temporary arrangement. No smoking inside. No drugs. No pets will be allowed upstairs, but downstairs is ok (new).
