I am trying to find someone to takeover my lease beginning September 1st for a year. I signed the lease that begins September 1st but need to move and to move I need to find a leaser. Rent is $600/month. It is a studio apartment. New wood floors, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a kitchen. Lots of cabinet and closet space. Water is paid for however, energy is not included in rent but cost only about $20. There is a private parking lot on the side of the building. It is a 4 minute drive from the university east bank campus and Dinkytown. The security deposit is one months.
