Yeah.. so.. Im moving to colorado.. and I plan to stay there permanently.. Im coming from jersey .. A little about my self.. Im 27 year old male. I always pay rent on time. I like to cook for myself. so its important for me to have access to kitchen.. I like to fish and go to the gym when when i have free time.. Im a bit of a movie buff.. Also into dc comics and marvel.. So yeah i love all the avengers movies and any related to it.

I would like my room to be pre furnished.. It would be awesome if cable and internet is included.. Internet has to be included .. if anything else room has to come with internet..

So my ideal roommate is a single male any age.. and preferably a blue collar type guy. you know someone that work with his hands.. only because that similar to me .. i use to be an auto technician.. did some construction as a helper. . did some electrical work as well .. so i just get along better with guys like me... or an older female .. like 40 and up.. I rented from an older lady before .. she was like 55 or so and it was cool. so any older gal out there who has a spare room and wants to be 600 dollars richer a month hit me up .. no females younger than 40.. young females for what ever reason just make things complicated.. so no young females at all. and also no gay guys.. i have nothing against gay guys .. so don't take this personal.. its just gay guys are alot like young females.. Do you see where I'm going with this. So again no gay guys sorry..
