-Fully furnished - double bed, desk, chair, end table, dresser, wall mirror, wall-length double-door closet
-Spacious - I was able to fit a bookshelf and two other end tables in the room and still have enough floor space for yoga
-Mini-fridge - mine, but I would be willing to sell it
The apartment:
-Fully furnished living room and kitchen
-Two refrigerators
-Two and a half bathrooms: recently renovated
-Washer/Dryer in basement
-Driveway and Street Parking available
The roommates:
3 female Temple University students or recent graduates: they're hardly home and very quiet, so you have lots of privacy.
Location:
-2-minute walk to Temple University
-2-minute walk to Broad street Line
-The 23 bus stops right outside the building (Center City and Chestnut Hill)
-5-Minute walk to Fresh Grocer, Rite Aid, etc.
The landlord is very responsive. If you report a problem, he usually shows up the same day to deal with it. He insists that only FEMALEs and STUDENTS apply. Perfect location for Temple grad and undergrads!
Guests are fine. Drinking is fine. Smoking is fine - as long as you do it outside or out your window!
