Room for rent in 4 bedroom house
lease ends July 1 2016
Girl living in the room currently got a job off island and is moving at the end of the month
female roommate preferred
2 males and 1 female still live here
we want to keep it balanced with 2 females 2 males
house is always very clean
no cable but we have fast internet
utilities are usually 100-120 a month
place is fully furnished
we want to find a cool roommate because we all get along really well
its located in kaimuki
we have a yard and a carport
dryer and washer
bathroom is shared with one girl and one guy
we recycle
not much drinking or smoking goes on in the house
1 roommate in master bedroom works construction on the east side from 4 am to 3pm Monday through Friday
another roommate is a senior at uh Manoa and works 4 days a week
other roommate is just graduated and works 5 days a week
roommates ages are 24, 24, and 22
one roommate is from new york, one from los angeles, and one from kauai
everyone is pretty busy but we have dinner and breakfast together when we can
guest are ok
but no parties at the house because everyone works in the morning usually
all the neighbors are pretty cool too
no pets allowed
