This is an UPGRADED Unit (remodeled) and rent is 900$...Which is 450$ Per Room without utitlies. With utilities,Internet,Insurance,ect...and Wear and Tear iam asking 640$ a month...(Plus 200$ Refundable deposit and 100$ Non refundable cleaning Fee)...Move in is 920$ (Prorated)..
Electricity is around 180-220$ in Summer...Internet/Cable 119$...Water/Waste 50$...Insurance 20$...ect...So actually rent is more around 670$ ...but asking 640$..
Must be EMPLOYED and Aged 18-38...Clean (NO COUPLES/OR PETS).
NO CRIMINAL RECORD as i will run a background check for both our safety.
