Hey, I've got a room opening August 8th. House has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, yes 3 baths (and guess what, one is yours and yours alone). You'd be sharing the place with me and my two shy cats. Well, the skinny cat is a little more curious, but she is not allowed in your room. Did I mention that you are on the 1st floor, and the rest of us are on the 2nd? The neighborhood is small, quiet, decent and on a dead end street, so you don't get any lowlifes milling around here.

$650 includes utilities, water, dish and internet. I'm flexible on the lease as far as length, though I do prefer a 3 month lease at least. I ask is that you give me 30 days notice before you move out. There will be paperwork to sign (for your benefit and mine), this is not a monkey-business handshake agreement because I don't want to be on the next episode of Judge Judy with you.

We don't discriminate round here, so email me with anything I need to know, including your baggage and excuses. I prefer a renter who is extremely wealthy, gives me free food and beer, adds a tip to the rent, and lets me drive their Ferrari on weekends, but I'll also consider people that actually exist. I'm mostly just interested that you can pay the rent reliably. Oh, and don't destroy my property, thanks. You don't even have to be friendly or "chill", just don't annoy me or kill me in my sleep!
