I'm looking for a lady that would like to rent a minimum 6 months and OR more.
I want someone that is in a monthly income that can afford to pay the rent on time.
Here is what I have to offer:
I have a fully furnished room for rent. It have radio, whit remote control, night stand table and ample sized closet. Also I have a computer are as well.... It does have cable hook up and wireless internet.
You woul have full house access, kitchen, laundry etc. bath it separated of the room.
This is a smoker friendly house but, I ask that u smoke out side.
NO over night guess please. If u have a significant other.... Go to THEIR house... That to insure the privacy and safe surroundings of both myself and the other renter and keeps the home drama free!!!
No pets please. You may however, have s goldfish. Lol.
This is a room for one person only.
I require a 30 day notice of departure prior to your last month of rent.
I'm in a very covienintly area whitin 3 minutes to most destination. the rent is $650 per month all utilities included.
First and last month at front.
I do no asking for a security deposit, but, do how ever expect you to fix or replace anything you damage immediately or whitin a reasonable amount if time. I'm looking for a minimum of 6 month rental.
You must be friendly, mentally stable, responsible , have transportation, a regular income and be trustworthy.
You must have a clean background .... NO violent behavior, be up beat and have a good outlook on life, and be willing to lend a hand around the home. I'm not interested in anyone who sits on the computer every free moment and let's everyone else do the work. This is a wonderful place for someone who works and just like to come home and relax or for a semi retired / retired person but, not exclusive too... I'm a very easy goin person drama free. Look forward to hearing from some.
