My wife and I have huge respect for medical professionals and we are willing to offer a short term, very nice living arrangement. We have converted a formal living, and dining room into what can easily double as a very nice studio apartment. You will have a private entrance (front door), a very nice private bathroom. Solid wood doors on both ends with one leading to the kitchen, and laundry room. And the other leading to the hallway that leads to your fairly large bathroom. A very nice view out of the front of the house with rocking chairs on the front porch which would be yours to use privately. You will have driveway parking and a sidewalk leading to your entrance. The subdivision is quiet, and affluent. We rarely have guest and when we do, it's our grown children. We are middle aged, laid back non smokers, and non drinkers. I'm a native Floridian ex surfer, beach type guy, and my wife is a state worker and originally from North Carolina. Areas are completely furnished, nicely decorated, and you will have high speed internet. Why rent one small bedroom, and share common areas when you could essentially have a home within a home? We have done this once before for a nurse that worked at Palmetto Richland. It was a three month deal and it worked out great for everybody.
