Full-size refrigerator to share. Sunset subdivision; great neighborhood, close to Kailua-Kona town and Keauhou (by car or moped), with easy access to and from highway. We are looking for someone who is gainfully employed, quiet, clean and responsible. This is a private residence. We are mature & respectful, and are looking for someone who shares this sensibility. No smoking or drugs. Sorry, no pets. The rental is month-to-month, though we want someone looking for long-term (minimum one year). The property is not on the market; you will not need to worry about moving due to a sale. $650 deposit (can be divided over the first two months) + $650 rent required to move in. That room is $775 and has its own bathroom. Utilities included.
* This rental is for ONE person only. It is not a rental for couples, or individuals looking to have another person stay with them. We have had mostly long term renters, who have no problem keeping our home private. This is not a place for out-of-town visitors to stay. Included utilities and shared area's, therefore no overnight guests. We are stating this all up front, so no misunderstandings.
