I am looking for a person that is a neat (clean), respectful of others property, mature, responsible, non-smoker, drug free, and able to pay rent on time. The home is located in Downtown Raleigh convenient to restaurants, shopping, city transit, and Wake Med Hospital. All common areas are fully furnished. Rent is $650 not including utilities. Utilities (water, gas, electricity, and Wifi) will be split.
