I'm looking for a female roommate for a 2 bed/1 bath apartment in South Everett; the complex is called Latitude Apartments (https://www.latitudeapartmentsineverett.com/). The rent does not include utilities (electricity is paid to Snohomish PUD; s/w/g is paid to the complex). This is a pet friendly complex (I have a cat). I am a clean, straitlaced, individual; I am looking for the same in a roommate; i.e. no smoking, drinking, drugs, loud parties, guys overnight. Carports are available for $30/month, pets are $35/month with a $200 refundable deposit, there is a $46 application fee and if you decide you want the room it is $250 to add you to the lease. The lease ends at the end of April 2018; so this arrangement is only for 4 months unless we get along really well and either want to renew the lease or find another place together.
