Hi there. I am looking for someone to take over my lease for me. It would be the same process as it would be any other apt you were to move in. The best part about doing it this way is no huge deposit and you can see the actual unit you would be living in. Please have steady income and be responsible is all I ask. If you have a pet there will be a deposit for that.
