I am renting out a bedroom in our huge house in Wilmington off of Corncord Pike (202). The room comes with a bed frame and 4 drawers under the bed for storage. I currently have 3 male roommates and the lease would be for a year beginning August 1st.
The house is over 3000 Sq ft, with 4 beds, 2 1/2 baths, living, dining and sun room with bar, finished basement with bar, washer, dryer and 3 car garage. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Rent will be $675 a month, not including utilities, cable and wifi, which can run anywhere between an extra $60 to 120 a month pending heat usage.
