It's on the second floor with a balcony. December's rent is paid as well as the deposit. All you need to do is put in an application to get approved. Lease ends March 27 2018. Pet friendly. 2 pools, laundry facility or hookups are in the apartment, gym, close to everything. Rent is $680 a month which includes water. I don't have any pictures right now, but we can set up a time to check it.
