We look for a physically strong, pleasant, common sense person with love for use of tools, order and plants to fill in our opening to include organizing, storage management, transports and assembly of Ikea furniture and other, garden installations, maintenance landscaping, property staging/cleaning. You will function as assistant to the property manager of our small real estate rental company. You have to have your own transport to the site where you start on the Southside/Forest Hill or the fan/Carver
Long term potential for part time job during semester timing weekly per our and your schedule,
currently needed 2-3 days per week, one is usually Saturday or Sunday afternoon 5-6 hours. More hours if good team player and capable of painting/cutting, ikea assembly, good cleaner. You need a cell phone for communication.
Can be designed as paid internship for business administration, horticultural or management oriented student.
