I have two rooms in my three bedroom house that can be rented starting the end of December 2015 to July 2016. The rooms can be individually rented, but if two people were interested that would be preferable. The house is located on Laurens Street right by Salty Nut. Graduate students and recent graduates are preferred, but I'll consider undergrads as well.
The rooms are both large enough for a desk, queen size bed and contain a closet. The bathroom is shared. Kitchen has recently been renovated and there is on-street parking available as well as a garage. House has a front porch and a small back yard. Rent is $700 a month plus 1/3 of utilities.
