House has a rooftop deck as well as a parking pad in the back, which rarely gets used because street parking is easy to find, but is there if needed. Current roommates are mid 20s males who like to go out on the weekends, enjoy sports (Ravens/Os), and keep it fairly low key during the week (happy hour occasionally, gym, etc). Looking for a similar profile in filling the open room. Utilities are a little over $100/mo per person and the security deposit is one month's rent. No pets please.
