The other tenant is an easy going early 30's male.
There is laundry in the building and on the same floor, a small workout room on the bottom floor, and even shopping carts to help you bring up your groceries when you get home from the store.
Basic cable is included, electric and internet are not. You would split that with the current tenant.
If you have a local anchorage number the Intercom system can be set up so you can buzz people in though I never used it when I lived there as I didn't have a local Anchorage number.
