I have one bedroom(11' X 9') w/big closet to rent in my 3bd 2 full-bath house. It's located in a quiet burb of Alexandria approximately one mile from the Van Dorn Metro stop and Kingstown Plaza. My house sits on a third of an acre so there's enough room for cornhole, ladder ball, etc. There's also a nice patio with a grill that I frequently use for dinners. My other roommate has a dog that is well trained and is a great running partner!
The house was built in the 60s and not much has changed since then other than what I have renovated so far. Everything in the house is functional, but some of it definitely has that 60s vibe. I've been renovating the house one room at a time and have completed all of the bedrooms and living room. Next on the list will be the bathrooms and kitchen. Don't worry, the house does NOT look like a construction site.

Other Roommate: He's 30 as well and also works for the government. He's more of the gamer type, but still likes to go out and have a good time.
