I got one, in Cambridge, by Central sq, between Harvard and MIT,
the location is phenomenal, Cambridge is awesome and I'm by cambridge port, across the st from Wholefoods supermarket, about 3 blocks from Traders joes, 2 blocks from the Charles river, just an amazing location,
the price includes utilites (gas, electricity and WIFI). price posted is all you pay.
Laundry is 2 blocks away, close by and super accessible. We dont have laundry in the building.
The core roommates are a brazilian scientist who works for Harvard and I am from El Salvador, IT grad but working as a bartender. my cousin Cambridge police officer and the one tbd.

There are 4 roommates total and no living room, the rooms are big, there is only one bathroom and we share it, schedules are all different so bathroom sharing is not a problem.
visitors are allowed even to stay overnight as long as they dont become aditional roommates.
the apartment is clean, everyone is well behaved, mature, over 30 actually, no conflict, no drama, just a peaceful and smooth sharing.
parking on the street with a cambridge parking permit, yeah, parking is tricky.
