Classy condominium roommate sought at the Casablanca.
I have lived solo for awhile and would like to take a roommate. The bedroom itself is fairly large and has a view of The Venetian; all other rooms in the condo have strip views from the Stratosphere to the Mandalay. Located on top floor penthouse style, it is near the Convention Center with three bedrooms, two baths, a balcony, and a gas fireplace. You would have your own shower. A security wall circles the entire complex and a gate guard operates 24/7; it is a secure location. The complex includes some finer amenities -- a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, sauna, community center/reading/TV/and game room, barbecue pits, gazebos, serene landscaped walking trails, basketball, tennis, horseshoes, putting green, and plenty of parking. Your roommate will be a single guy, semi-retired, and in his late 50's.
The actual location is an easy walk to Boulevard Mall and is also close to the Strip, monorail, and local park. No pets, non-smoker please, no heavy party kind. I am pretty low key, a pensioner, and I enjoy the usual fare such as athletics, entertainment, good food, etc. I also take time out to read, write, and play guitar. I enjoy gain from instruction and understanding.
The best fit may be a semi-retired, pensioner type. The house rule is just be responsible, respectable, and generally clean. Mature, well behaved guests and visitors are always welcome to hang out, and the occasional overnight guest (family generally) is all right with an advance heads-up please; no drama mama's ... lol. Cost will be $720.00 per month all-inclusive --- WI-fi, cable, utilities, full privileges, etc. A Samsung big screen LED is available in the living room; lots of closet space is also available to store smaller items as necessary. Tenancy is available after application processes; should take 2-3 business days (application is no-fee).
