I am a 29 year old young professional and work in the architecture industry. I enjoy art, design and architecture and I love to cook and live an active, healthy lifestyle. I'm fairly outgoing, I like to go out, love going to see shows, and having company over. Looking for a similar 27-32 female, young professional (no students please) to share a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in Fremont. Non-smoker/drugs/no pets. Move in date is not until September 30 and to sign a one year lease starting the end of September.

Bedroom is equipped with full size closet and a full bath. (Bedroom is currently painted a dark blue and can be painted back to white if necessary). Kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove and microwave. Washer and dryer included in unit (a major plus!). Living room/dining room is fully furnished and equipped with gas fireplace and a small outdoor balcony. Space is limited so if you have furniture other than for your bedroom, this might not be ideal.

More storage is also available on the ground floor of the apartment for an extra fee. Rent is $747.50 currently BUT may INCREASE with new lease (will not know for sure how much the increase will be until the beginning of August). Utilities are approx. $120/month + a $250 fee for adding the new tenant to the lease.

Private parking under a carport is available for an extra fee but plenty of street parking is also safe and available in front and on the side streets of the apartment building.

Apartment comes fully furnished EXCEPT for your bedroom.

Apartment is located within a 10 minute walk to Fremont's bars, shops, and restaurants. 5 minute walk to and from the bus stop downtown and bus stop to and from the U-district area is located in front of the apartment. 5 minute walk to Seattle Pacific University.
