Welcome to the quiet side of the lake. We are located close to Baxter Boat Dock Marina. The Little Indian arm goes back to hwy 86 and Dogwood Canyon. There are ski pylons located in this cove for skiers to test their control. Location is an easy boat ride for dinner on the lake at Baxter Marina, Campbell Point or Kimberling Marina. The water is clear and calm due to less boat traffic than in the area's closer to the Dam. Great for "coving" or just hanging out on a noodle at the end of a boat dock. Close to Branson attractions, Silver Dollar City, Dogwood Canyon and Eureka Springs.

Community POA Boat launch with turn around available approx 600 feet from cabin. Gentle walk to and more importantly back from water if you prefer walking.
