Has a custom kitchen and bath counter tops and custom wood floors for easy cleaning. The bathroom has a full size corner shower and full vanity space. The loft has a pull down ladder for access when needed - this adds space to the main living area. Loft also has railing at the front as well as around the pull down stairs with a gate that latches for added safety of kids or guest who may be sleeping in the loft area.

The kitchen has a full size fridge and apt size electric stove/oven, a garbage disposal, and plenty of cabinet and storage space including a pantry. Fridge, Oven and Microwave can stay with the cabin. The window coverings will also stay with the cabin.

Cabin has central heating and air conditioning. The air conditioner is a couple years old. Has ceiling fans in the main bedroom (recessed into the ceiling) and the great room. The great room has a vaulted ceiling with the loft overlooking. New energy efficient windows installed.

The "crawl" space is approx 6' tall below the cabin - great place to store water toys or add a washer/dryer, small freezer, etc.

Plenty of parking available - small driveway located on west side, and newer 2 car (or whatevery toys you need to park) driveway located on east side of cabin. Also has space available below deck to park golf cart or other toys.

Friendly & fun community atmosphere - mostly weekenders with enough full time residents to ensure security. If you want a social connections everyone is friendly and social. If you prefer to be left to your own devices, the community respects that and doesn't intrude.

Welcome to the quiet side of the lake. We are located close to Baxter Boat Dock Marina. The Little Indian arm goes back to hwy 86 and Dogwood Canyon. There are ski pylons located in this cove for skiers to test their control. Location is an easy boat ride for dinner on the lake at Baxter Marina, Campbell Point or Kimberling Marina. The water is clear and calm due to less boat traffic than in the area's closer to the Dam. Great for "coving" or just hanging out on a noodle at the end of a boat dock. Close to Branson attractions, Silver Dollar City, Dogwood Canyon and Eureka Springs.

Community POA Boat launch with turn around available approx 600 feet from cabin. Gentle walk to and more importantly back from water if you prefer walking.
