I have an open bedroom in a nice & modern townhouse in a great location on the north side of Manchester. The available room is clean and bright, currently only furnished with a queen guest bed. The home is set up with central air, cable, wifi, washer & dryer, furniture, rec room, deck, lots of storage space and parking. Rent is all-inclusive. Easy living -- WAY better situation than living in an apartment! I'm an active 28-yr old professional male and ideally am looking for a young professional or student who wants to share expenses. Must be clean (at least somewhat), responsible and respectful. The room will be available at the end of August. Feel free to ask if you have any questions or would like some pictures. Also, I'd be willing to rent out the rec room in the basement for cheaper (currently just has a futon there) if interested.
