DON'T RENT THIS PROPERTY!! He never fixes the property when something breaks, he will wait months on end to come out, by then it's too late. And the name listed to contact (Nicholas) is the owner of the home not the property manager. The past tenants that lived there were done dirty. Their hot water heater pipes busted in January and the landlord waited 3 months to fix the problem, they only had cold water, no hot water for the winter months. Their electric bill sky rocketed due to the hot water leaking under their house for those 3 months. The "property manager" claims the home has been renovated but "we" the neighbors know the truth. Ad shows this home was available 21 days ago, last tenants moved out of this home around July 15, 2015, so how was the home re-renovated 21days ago (July 18, 2015), so what renovations were really done. That's what they advertised before. Beware when your roof leaks and they use tar to patch up instead of putting a new roof on! Contact a county inspector to look at the home before you decide to rent!!! SCAM SCAM!!
