Great for a Single person ......And can only be rented to a Single Person...
One Bedroom = one occupant...
On the 2nd Floor. This is in Deerfield NH.

I even plow your driveway and take care of your trash too !!!
You just have to bag it and put it in the barrel I provide , and I take it from there .
This is a great place for a single person. Really plenty of room for 1 person to be very comfortable in and relax... Bedroom fits a queen bed.
This is an Owner occupied house .
It consists of a large kitchen/ living room combo.
It has a seperate full bath with lots of cabinet space with a stand-up shower only . [no tub ].
Then it has a good size seperate Bedroom with 2 large closets in it and 2 windows .
Bedroom fits a Queen bed .
This apt is in our house on the second floor.
So with it being UPSTAIRS to us, we are only looking for a person that can respect that they have someone under them !!
Kitchen has a nice electric stove-/ and a nice Full Size Fridge that is provided by us .
Unfortunately there is NO washer/dryer hook-ups available.. sorry
And there is 1st and last required to move in.
