I'm moving to San Francisco for a job and am looking for a female roommate to fill my spot in our gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath with w/d in unit in the heart of oak square in Brighton. I am looking to sublet for July and August with the potential to sign a September 1 lease. For now, you'd just need to pay the two months rent, but if you were to sign a lease for September it's first, last, and security. You'd be sharing the space with 2 awesome roomies in their late 20's - Gina and Lyndsay. The unit is on the second floor of a three floor apartment. Lots of restaurants, bars nearby as well as the 503, 501, and 57 buses. Street parking is always available, no sticker needed.
Rent is $800, and does not include utilities (typically under $100 after it's split 3 ways). We are looking to get this spot filled ASAP so please respond with a little about yourself and/or links to Facebook.
