We have 1 friendly dog (male siberian husky) you may have one as well and are willing to share dog care responsibilities with our new roommate/s.

Large living room and kitchen make it possible to share the space without getting in one another's way. Heat, electricity, wifi and basic cable included. Home is on a beautiful brook with great spots for dipping in spring, summer and fall. Adjacent to the National forest for lots of privacy, Huge deck on brookside of house. You will need to have a four wheel or all wheel drive vehicle as the driveway can be challenging in bad weather otherwise you will need to be willing to be housebound for a few days each winter when mother nature tells us to slow down a bit by dropping a foot or two of new snow on us.

You can be a smoker but we are trying to quit.

$800/mo for individual $900 for couple, includes all utilities. One month security with dog references, extra security may be requested if you have no references for your dog. No cats please - for their safety. Available immediately for semester or more w/60 day notice if house sells.
