Room available in calm, quiet, light-filled house immediately (flexible). Share home with 3 early 30's responsible, quiet, mature professionals. The available bedroom is on the upstairs floor, where there is one other roommate, while the couple (who own the house) and child live downstairs.

Details - First, last and $200 refundable deposit, split utilities (come to about $50 a month), 6 month - 1 year lease depending on your situation (then month to month). No pets, smoking/drugs, and we also take our shoes off at the front door to keep the house clean.

About us: we are quiet, mature professionals with a variety of hobbies and we're mostly pretty busy/do our own thing. This is not a communal living situation/party house, you are welcome to do your own thing, although we occasionally have dinner together. We do not have television/cable (although you are welcome to pay for it/add it if others agree), and we are quiet in the evenings since we get up early and have a small (mellow, sweet) child. You are welcome to have friends over for dinner, but we need things to settle down by 8-9pm.
