By far the worst landlord AND property manager you could ever rent from. (search Sulan Chau and Kristen Roberts to find out more). All the landlord And property manager want is your money And they could care less about you and anything else including your safety.

Horrible, nasty maintenance on the property you'll pay for including;
The condition of the apartment building, electrical, water/plumbing, chipping/lead paint, improper hall lighting or none at all(illegally hooked up so tenants pay for it), bed bugs And/or roaches, and the building being very unsecured though she claims it is. These are just some problems tenants are left to deal with on there own and are retaliated against if complained about. All that, plus she illegally gets rent from the city and tries to blackmail those who don't comply.
She/they will have you sign a year lease, say you'll get a copy, but you will NEVER see it! Then your an at-will tenant just so they can evict you and keep your security deposit if you complain about anything.

WATCH OUT!...133 emery st is hell!...the property is nothing but drama that makes you want to move but that's the plan just to keep your security deposit! My advice ...DO NOT CONTACT or I can guarantee you'll regret it like the last 8 families/ people in the past 6 months do, all of which did nothing wrong but we're bullied out or would rather leave then deal with the constant.
