Driving Directions
From I-84, exit on Cole Road. Head North on Cole Road to Emerald and turn Left (West). Take Emerald to Maple Grove and Turn right (North). We are located just ahead on the left (West side of the street).

Pet Policy
Two pets max per apartment. Non refundable pet fee $350 per dog and $200 per cat. Additional monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. Breed restrictions: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull Dog, any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the afore-mentioned breeds. We do not allow Poisonous or Exotic Animals such as: Tarantulas, Piranhas, Reptiles (snakes, iguanas), Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, macaws etc).
