You'll be living with me, the homeowner. I'm a 28 year old professional working in Lebanon. I love spending time outdoors, keep a clean house, and am laid back.
I'm looking for roommates who are students or young professionals, who will be respectful of my house, and its shared spaces and amenities. Monthly rent includes:
*All utilities + WIFI
*Use of kitchen implements, large microwave and refrigerator, range / oven, dishwasher
*Laundry machines
*Driveway parking
*Any maintenance issues will be dealt with promptly (I live here!)
Shared-spaces include: Kitchen, back deck and backyard.
The finished basement is spacious and will be all yours. Includes king sized bed on beautiful custom made frame, with lots of storage space underneath. Two closets. Your own fridge, microwave, dining table, couple of chairs, full bathroom, and the washer and dryer. My roommate and I will only ever be down there to access the laundry, and we can work out a schedule if you'd like.
Month to month rental. No application fee or long term lease required. We will talk on the phone and references may be checked. One month security deposit and first and last month's rent required for move-in (I may choose to waive this at my discretion.)
