It is off the beaten path. This is a downstairs unit of a duplex. As
the tag says the apartment is out of the way. It will never be confused
with all those so-called high priced luxury apartments. All that
said, the rent is fair and you can watch the trees as the season changes.
Where is this quiet and serene location, you wonder? Start at Main and
Leverington and head uphill on Leverington about a half mile and you
come to Silverwood. Take a left and the first street is Greenough. Go
down Greenough to the very end and on your right is the location. You
will see my sign. Remember, this is the upstairs unit.

The application process: First see and if you want to rent I hand you the application.
Fill out the application.The application fee is $50/adult. We request the security deposit
to hold the apartment. Both checks must be either a money order or certified bank checks.
Application fees are non refundable. Security deposits are refundable. My office will then
check your credit and verify your income. All goes well, you will execute a lease.
