I am located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, an easy 10-minute sidewalk stroll to downtown Hillsborough, with private parking in the driveway. The house is located on a 1/2 acre lot, bordered on one side by woods and a stream. Space maintains a quiet southern charm. The house's exterior is 95% unchanged, and original windows can still be found in most parts of the home.

Your space consists of 3 rooms: A bedroom with good closet and storage space, a complete Kitchenette that houses the dining space as well as the shared laundry, and a full bathroom with tub. As well, you'll have access to a covered outdoor seating area (Smoking allow outside ONLY), access to the yard, and a private entrance and parking. The yard slopes down to a lush area where the creek is nestled.

Through my work, I run an apprenticeship program with a few apprentices who are enrolled for 1 to 2 years. The 1-2 days a week that they are working the bathroom will be shared during business hours.
