I'm currently working in Research Triangle Park and will have a 3 months business trip out of states till March 19th. So I want to sublet my apartment for this period. The exact leasing period is negotiable, 3 months or less or more.

My apartment is located in brier creek area which is Surrounded by dozens of specialty stores, movie theaters, grocery, restaurants, etc. It is only 5 mins drive to RDU airport and has easy access to I-40, I-540, and Highway 70.

All utilities are provided, including washer/dryer, 42 inch TV, cable, 15Mb/s wireless Internet, chromecast, kitchenware, sofa, bedding, vacuum and etc.

The price for the apartment is $1150 per month including all utilities cost; electricity, cable, Internet, water/sewage, waste, pest control. (basic renting fee is $900 + $90 cable and internet + $10 trash/pet control + $150 electricity and water, considering the winter usage)

Smoking inside the apartment, pet, heavy drinking, drama or drugs are not welcomed.
