Beautiful 1500 sq ft 2 level 2 large bedroom and 3 bathroom with large open loft
town home located in Lakeville, MN for rent for Superbowl week! Have full run
of the house and all extras in the house to use. We are just 25 minutes from Mpls!
Would be very comfortable having 4 adults in the home for space. No pets sorry.
Some of the walls have been painted other colors since these photos, new furniture
and granite counter tops have been installed in the entire kitchen as well. I can
make sure you see all updated photos if needed.
Have fun for the superbowl, then get out of the city and relax in this town home,
just a quick 20 min drive back to Lakeville. Only 15 minutes to the MOA.
There is a bus transit to take into the city just 6 blocks from our home.
Built in 2000 this town home almost looks like new with all brand new
furniture, great relaxing wall colors and beautiful home decor. All brand
new stainless steel kitchen appliances and new granite counter tops in the
kitchen and all 3 bathrooms as well. Brand new water heater and furnace.

can rent this town home Thursday Jan 25th to Tuesday Feb 6th, I'm flexible
with dates and times to check in and out. There is a lot of guest parking right
in front of the home as well.
Rate: $900.00 per nite OR a flat rate if staying 5-10 days or longer.
Damage deposit of $2,000 and half of rent due before arrival
and other 1/2 of total rent due 1 week before arrival. We can talk and
negotiable this more depending on how many days you are staying for.
