We are a couple looking for a first apartment together. A small one bedroom or studio under 900 a month in the Upper Valley/Lebanon area available for August or September would be ideal. We are pretty quiet, professionals with one indoor cat and are non smokers. A one year lease would also be good, but we can be flexible with.
