I have an open room in my 3 story, 4 bedroom townhouse right off of route 50 in Arlington (Federal Hill Townhomes). The rent is $900/month and we typically rack up around $100 worth of utilities (including a housekeeper we have come once a month). There is plenty of parking and we're about 3 miles to the Ballston stop if you use metro. The open room is 9x13, is on the top floor, and shares a bathroom with another roommate.
