Roommate needed to share a 3bedroom 2 bath top floor apartment in Queenanne!
Room: 10 x 12 with standard closet and LARGE windows along the main wall. ($900) The room is unfurnished and there is a shared bathroom with plenty of space.
The house is on the top floor of an apartment complex close to Downtown, Ballard and Fremont. Conveniently located close to 99 and I-5.
The amenities include:
- Outdoor patio with gas grill
- Brand new gym and community room
- Secure building
- Dishwasher,
- Washer and dryer
- 18 Ft. ceilings with floor to ceiling windows
- Porch with views of Magnolia and Ballard
- Underground garage parking ($66 a month).
Bills W/S/G/E & cable/internet come out to around $120 a month in addition to rent. (**Electric is paid every other month- this # is also on the high end during winter months- usually lower most of the year)
A little about us, we are late 20's old young professional females who love living in Seattle. We've both lived in other states and moved here after college (one of us is from Redmond). We're both extraverts and spend most of my time with friends or family. During the summer we're usually out boating, hiking, or getting away for the weekends. We also love snowboarding, wine tasting and a lot of other things. Besides us, our 3rd roommates is a 3 year old dog Bosco (please no other pets). He's a very well trained doodle that loves to be around people so you must love dogs.
Looking for a really chill roommate who is CLEAN and has their own life going on but still wants to hangout and become friends. We like to enjoy our living space and looking for someone who is similar. It's not uncommon for us to host SEAHAWK parties, game nights or dinners. If that sounds like fun then please come see the place! The house is fully furnished, only the bedroom isn't so please no other furniture.
There is a $250 non-refundable deposit due at move in, first month rent and $40 application fee. One Year Lease from Oct 1-Sept 31st. (Room is available next week). No month to month or short-term lease.
Please no couples or other pets. Looking someone close to our age as well (late 20's early 30)
