I have a great 14x70 mobile home located on lake puckaway in Rienkes mobile home park with lot rent only $132 a month which includes water and garbage pick up. This is an awesome getaway retreat only 45 minutes from Wisconsin Dells and within walking distance of a great tavern called log cabin which offers out of this world pizza and of course anything you want to drink and alot of other things. This park has a private beach and you can rent a pier to park your boat for $225 a year or there is a free boat launch. only minutes away from a state bike trail and snowmobile trails. secluded enough for peace and quiet yet you can do alot of awesome activities. The mobile has a newer rubber roof that are known to have lifetime warranties. partially redone with new patio doors and flooring. new paint and open concept living room and kitchen. You can live here full time at any age over 18 or you can weekend here and bring as many kids as you wants and enjoy weekends of skiing on the lake or swimming at the private beach. This mobile suited my needs but you may want to upgrade windows and carpet to make it better for you. washer and dryer hookups and just filled 250 lb propane tank. You can live or weekend in this place right away. very comfortably call to see it. We had awesome times here but we just bought 2 houses in the area so now this one needs to go. 9000 obo. This park gets more than 10k a mobile so it's priced to sell.
