QR Code Link to This Post This is a townhouse unit located in downtown San Jose in a quiet neighborhood. Parks nearby; around the corner from a mini grocery plaza, McLaughlin Ave, freeway entrance, bus stop 72 (10 mins from SJSU/walking distance is only 20 mins down Williams St!)

Washer/Dryer are in-house, as well as a two-car garage, with one of the spots available for use.

There is a half bathroom at the entrance of the stairs near the front door that is mostly used by whomever is in the living room as well as guests The main shared bathroom is on the second floor, across from the laundry closet of the washer/dryer units.

The master bedroom available is quite spacious, high-ceilings and carpet flooring. Has a walk-in closet and private bathroom, complete with separate Shower/Bathtub units. $2600 for one tenant; two tenants pay $1300 each. (shown in pics #10-15)

The other room available is on the third floor.Very spacious, with lots of windows as well. There isn't a door going into this room, however, it is completely separate from the rest of the house, so you would not have to be concerned with any other tenant near this floor at any time. $1900 for one tenant; two tenants pay $950 each. (shown in pics #7-9)

Utilities include electric, gas, water and internet which average to about $330/month ($55 per tenant). Landlord will pay garbage.
The length of the lease is one year, and the deposit ($400/person) is to be paid at the time of the rental agreement signage, which we expect to have completed by December 20th. First month's rent for January is also expected to be paid along with deposit (by the 2nd of January at the latest. Rent will be due routinely at the 2nd of every month.)

My roommate and I are easy-going, professional and working, female college students, and so we are looking to welcome tenants alike. We keep busy most of the time, but thoroughly enjoy the relaxed environment of a welcoming, laid-back home.

Light to medium cooking. As we are all adults here, we expect the kitchen to remain clean, especially after cooking is done. Cleanliness is a complete must. We don't have many rules honestly, as long as you are respectful and considerate of the rest of the household.
