Our facility has:
+ Hourly Rehearsal Rooms with PA & full backline. Small: $30 for 2 hours, + $10 ea. additional hour. Med: $35 for 2 hrs + $10 each add. hour.
+ Monthly Lockouts (starting at $225, month-to-month)
+ Large Concert Rehearsal Room - 28' x 18' with 12' vaulted ceiling, great PA and full backline, seating, mirrors & ornate wool rugs on the walls, Berber carpeting, A/C, excellent for photo/video shoots. -$40 for 2 hours (min.) + $15 each additional hour. Ask about Daily rates.
+ Spaces to build recording studios w/ control room.
+ Recording Services: Clients within our building have studios or mobile rec. businesses that can help you.
Drummers and other solo artists... want to come frequently during the day, but don't want a lockout? Ask about Unlimited Hourly Rehearsals starting at $150/month.
