Our patios and screened porches will allow you to enjoy the great outdoors in comfort and privacy. Select homes also feature an oversized garden tub with separate shower, as well as vaulted ceilings.

We love Spot and Fluffy! Will you be bringing a pet? What breed? Greystone at Main Street is a pet-friendly community and we welcome pets under twenty-five pounds. Our monthly pet rent is $15 per month, with a one-time pet fee of $250 for the first pet and $125 for the second pet. *Breed and additional restrictions apply; please call for details.

Our Paid Wait List makes it easy! Are you looking to move in the future or is your move-in date flexible? We offer a paid wait list if you have a need of a particular floorplan. For $100 and a completed application, you will be notified when the floor plan you choose becomes available within your timeframe. You will have first right of acceptance before we offer the apartment to anyone else. If you lease with us, we will apply the $100 toward your security deposit. If not, you may stay on the list for the next available apartment. If you change your mind, we will refund your waitlist deposit, provided we have not taken an apartment off the market for you. Best of all, you may choose two other Greystone properties as additional choices. It's that easy!
