Tired of having someone start out doing a great job cleaning your house....... and then the clean slowly becomes less and less every time? I know the feeling, that's why I ALWAYS ask my customers for weekly/monthly feedback. I ALWAYS do my best but I'm not perfect and if I happen to miss something, even if it's not that big a deal, PLEASE let me know. I know a lot of people are like "Well, it's not that big of a deal" After months it adds up. So I strive to ALWAYS ask how everything was, and if you happen to work and I don't get to see/speak with you when I clean then I will e-mail you or visa-versa.
