We are a local a cappella group called No Big Deal and we are looking for some new members. Our current bass is moving out of town in May so we are seeking a replacement ASAP. Here's what we are looking for:
A true bass. We are just a quartet, so you must be able to carry the bass line on your own.
Prior experience singing bass in an a cappella group, choir, band, etc.
We're all working actors around the city. It would be great but NOT necessary to have performance/acting experience as well.
We cycle around who sings lead on a song to song basis, so having solo chops is a huge plus.
Arranging experience is also a huge plus, but not necessary.
Finally, we have a style and personality that is built on us all being good friends, so someone who can mesh with our vibe is definitely a necessity!

About Us:
No Big Deal is a fairly new, all male a cappella quartet. The current foursome is comprised entirely of actors who are active in the theater community around the city. Although we are new in the a cappella game, we have had some success under our belts. Last weekend we took 3rd place in the Harmony Sweepstakes regional competition.
