Your own book of business is preferred but is not *initially* necessary, we have available freight in desirable lanes that you can sell for your first two or three weeks until you get settled in with your own customers -- there is no reason you cannot make a few dollars right now with our freight until you get settled in - if you are willing to work, know what you are doing and committed to providing superior customer service. The more ambitious you are, the more money you will make.

I'm not interested in training newbies at this time, so please only reply if you have experience negotiating rates and dispatching trucks, feel strongly that you are capable of brokering freight and offering superior customer service - or if you are already a broker looking to advance and work from home.

This is a commission based pay position that pays 35% of the profit on every load.

We are looking for experienced transportation freight and transport sales personnel. This is a commission based position. The selected candidate receives the benefit of our experience, our TMS system, our Carrier sales staff, our 40,000 approved carriers and an unending list of leads and prospects. The candidate will also receive DAT and ITS for free, as well as free PCmiler and other industry aids to allow you to be successful in your business.

The right candidate is extremely ambitious, has experience in the industry, and has no fear of a commissioned position because they know that they can produce.
